Summary

As the Product Analytics Strategy Lead for Hospitality, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital analytics vision and measurement framework across all guest-facing digital products. Your role involves tracking, interpreting, and acting on user data to improve product performance, enhance guest experiences, and support internal teams and high-end clients in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Ownership : Design and lead the long-term analytics strategy for all guest-facing hospitality products, aligning with business goals, KPIs, and client needs.
• Functional Leadership : Guide and support the analytics team, mentor the Senior Product Analyst, and collaborate with external vendors and consultants.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, UX, development, marketing, and operations teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle.
• Client Enablement : Support clients and client-facing teams with advanced analytics, campaign tracking, and measurement strategies.
• Data Governance & Compliance : Ensure analytics practices are scalable, privacy-compliant, and adhere to legal and internal standards.
• Insight Activation : Generate actionable insights, establish reporting processes, and support data-driven decisions in product and UX development.
• Analytics Culture Building : Promote a data-informed mindset across the organization by sharing best practices and success stories.
