Are you passionate about technology and e-commerce? We are looking for IT professionals eager to grow in international environments. Depending on your experience, you may join as a Junior Support Analyst or a Senior Application Support Analyst , both contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of global web platforms.

🌍 About the role

You’ll be part of a multicultural team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving digital applications that drive our e-commerce operations. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you’ll help ensure system reliability, performance, and quality across environments.

🧭 Main Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for e-commerce and related applications.
• Assess and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for resolution.
• Support release management and testing activities (SIT, UAT).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.
• Manage and document requests, issues, and changes in JIRA.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through process automation and tool optimization.
