Are you passionate about technology and e-commerce? We are looking for IT professionals eager to grow in international environments. Depending on your experience, you may join as a Junior Support Analyst or a Senior Application Support Analyst , both contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of global web platforms.

&##You’ll be part of a multicultural team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving digital applications that drive our e-commerce operations. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you’ll help ensure system reliability, performance, and quality across environments.

&##Provide functional and technical support for e-commerce and related applications.

Support release management and testing activities (SIT, UAT).

Manage and document requests, issues, and changes in JIRA.

For Junior Profiles (1–2 years) :

Focus on incident resolution and application monitoring.

Gain exposure to SQL databases, Postman / Selenium testing, and version control (GitLab).

For Senior Profiles (3+ years) :

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems.

Manage small projects or enhancement initiatives.

Define test plans and oversee UAT execution.

Support change and risk management activities.

&##JIRA, GitLab, SQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL

Selenium, Postman, JMeter

Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint)

Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies

&##Tridion CMS, SAP ERP, SEO, JavaScript, HTML, Google Analytics, SoapUI, and cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud).

&##English : The first year will be full remote as part of Capitole. After that, you’ll join the client’s internal staff , transitioning to a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site at client offices)
