Digital Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) team . This role will lead the execution and implementation of digital transformation projects across the EMEA region, driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring international experience, a proactive mindset, and a strong background in digital technologies — preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Project execution : Manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Team Coordination : Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
