About The Role
As a Technical Project Manager at Fever, you'll lead cutting‐edge cloud‐native solutions. You'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing the customization of solutions to meet partner requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead end‐to‐end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies. Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross‐functional teams. Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high‐quality software solutions. Plan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria.
Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements. Facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions.
Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team. Translate technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams. Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud‐native software environment.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders from different backgrounds (technical vs non‐technical).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
Learning Milestones
First month : Familiarize with company business, procedures, and team dynamics; review ongoing projects; establish initial relationships with key stakeholders; begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes.
After 3 months : Successfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion; demonstrate effective collaboration with cross‐functional teams; conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements; strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
After 6 months : Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing and allocating resources efficiently; implement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month; continue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.
