Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to provide remote software technical assistance to the Dutch and French-speaking printer markets.
- Providing technical support to clients based in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France via phone and remote connection.
- Opening of cases, call log, troubleshooting, monitoring of cases and incidents, communication with clients and partners, reporting to higher team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in both Dutch and French (C1 level) and have a high English proficiency. Additionally, they should have experience in systems administration, Windows environment, Linux, Server, and customer service.
Requirements
