Risk Analyst LATAM Role overview

We are seeking a dedicated Risk Analyst with a specialty in Latin American (LATAM) geopolitical and security risks to join our Madrid office. This role involves providing expert analysis on the political, economic, and security dynamics within the LATAM region to support our clients’ operations and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of LATAM geopolitical events, security trends, and economic indicators.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive risk assessment reports for the LATAM region, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor ongoing developments in the LATAM region, providing timely updates and risk assessments to support client needs and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with our global analyst team to integrate LATAM insights into broader risk management strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Latin American Studies, or related field, with a focus on the LATAM region.
  • Proven experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or a related role with a focus on Latin America.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
