At dsm-firmenich, we’re building the future by harnessing the power of digital innovation and we’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy, and highly organized Digital Innovation Manager to help drive this transformation. In this role, you’ll be at the front line of shaping disruptive innovation. You’ll support the end-to-end execution of early-stage projects, while collaborating directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. With a structured mindset, strong executional drive, and natural curiosity for emerging digital technologies, you’ll have the chance to experiment, grow, and make a tangible impact through your work. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and address business challenges by presenting potential solutions through technology, startups, and alternative business models
• Oversee the digital innovation lifecycle of an initiative (Lighthouse), including opportunity framing, solution development, execution, and handover for scaling
• Build multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver scalable proof-of-concepts that generate measurable impact
• Establish a culture that supports experimentation by encouraging the organization to explore innovative ideas and promote continuous learning
• Define and promote methodologies and best practices to accelerate digital innovation across the organization
• Manage and administer the digital innovation portfolio with a focus on value realization, financial oversight, and resource allocation
• Explore opportunities for Open Innovation and engage with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
• Stay informed on the latest industry and technology trends. Collaborate with internal experts to explore technical feasibility of new concepts to prepare for new digital innovation initiatives
