About the role

We are looking for a Transformation Lead to drive category strategy, foster innovation, and deliver value across the Group.

What you’ll do

Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Solution Design & Documentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions..

Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Support Change Management & Adoption : Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Project Support & Delivery : Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking ; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes ; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

Must Have

Proven expertise in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven expertise as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives.

Capability to collaborate in an international working environment

Technical Expertise :

Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.

Understanding of change management principles and techniques

Business acumen and customer oriented.

Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
