Managing Partner Executive Search - Spain
As a Partner at JOlivier, you will drive business development, lead complex executive search and talent acquisition assignments, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and market leadership in recruitment. You will have the autonomy to build your executive search practice within our established framework while benefiting from the firm's reputation, talent intelligence methodology, and collaborative recruiter culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our executive search client base across your region
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and board members at leading financial institutions seeking recruitment services
- Lead complex executive search and talent acquisition assignments from inception to completion
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic direction and translate business needs into compelling talent intelligence solutions
- Advise clients on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development as part of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Leverage industry knowledge and talent intelligence to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation materials using our proprietary executive search methodology
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful offer acceptances
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and market positioning in the executive recruitment space
- Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members
Qualifications
Proven track record of successful business development, financial services executive search and talent acquisitionEstablished network of senior relationships within the financial services industry and the broader recruitment communityDemonstrated business development capabilities and a history of client retention in executive searchOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at the board and C-suite levelStrategic talent intelligence mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredExperience with modern talent acquisition tools and methodologiesWhy JOlivier & Partners?
