Operations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement effective system configurations to meet specific business needs.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) to outline system configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
