Financial Systems Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for back office and integration of Murex with EDM / Market for credit data and equities.

Perform technical analysis of changes, solution design, development / configuration, and unit testing of MxML workflows and back office.

Analyze and document user requirements and transpose into functional specifications.

Define systems and data requirements and validate systems design and processes from functional and technical aspects.

Take end-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with business analysts and testing teams.

Contribute to user training activities through one-to-one discussions, preparation of user training guides, and presentations.

Follow up with vendor support as necessary to resolve bugs / issues.

Ensure technical and functional handover of projects and changes to relevant teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced MxML workflow and formulae development.

Knowledge of trade lifecycle / workflows.

4+ years of Murex Development experience.

Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in business analysis and project implementation.

Experience in managing and delivering trading platforms for treasury products on a global scale, integrated within organization's treasury product systems.

Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.

Good understanding of treasury products and experience in back office projects.

Good knowledge of post-trade interactions between various capital market actors including service providers.

Good general financial market understanding.
