Reliable Systems Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Reliable Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructures using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automate deployments, monitoring, and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and CI / CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Ensure seamless system operation through observability, metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
• Lead resolution of critical incidents and execute postmortem plans to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security of services.
• Promote automation, resilience, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Optimize costs and efficiency in both cloud and on-premise environments.
