In the Robotics Department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive product delivery from requirements through product launch.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Develop strategic plans for multiple programs across the organization.
• Overall responsibility for product delivery from requirements through product launch.
• Collaborate closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives, risk assessment, and product requirements.
• Anticipate issues and develop countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives.
• Resolve team dynamic issues for effective performance of the program team.
• Schedule and lead timely status review meetings. Escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management.
• Reduce current New Product Development (NPD) cycle time.
