Product Growth Specialist Location & Remote

Madrid. Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to time. Responsibilities

Drive product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic communication and data‑driven initiatives. Manage cross‑functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption. Experience with growth experimentation, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization. Create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities. Work closely with marketing teams to develop product‑focused content, campaigns, and promotional materials. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategies. Manage product communication across multiple channels (email, in‑app, website, social media, etc.). Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video) for product communications. Proficiency in Italian, French or Portuguese is a plus. About Us
