The Role

To streamline and enhance legal and contractual processes across EMEA and APAC, Dynata is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to establish and manage a centralized “Deal Desk”. This role will report to the VP Legal for EMEA and APAC, and will support both business regions in creating scalable, efficient processes and maintaining legal and contractual compliance.

Based in Spain, this role has been strategically designed to leverage cost efficiency and operational proximity to the EMEA business while also offering timely support to the APAC and LATAM regions.

Duties / Responsibilities include the following ( other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion ) :

• Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from negotiation through to execution.
• Oversee the signature process using DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain a centralized and up-to-date legal archive, with on-demand document retrieval support for the Sales team.
• Collect and prepare legal documentation for public and private tenders across EMEA and APAC.
• Review and approve standardized Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with company policies and contract terms.
• Review and manage RII agreements.
• Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support efficient legal operations.
• Train Sales and other internal stakeholders on the Legal Hub within “The Zone” and gather feedback to continually improve legal resources and templates.
