Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Campaign management – Execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring performance meets client and internal objectives.
• Team management – Oversee and develop a small team, setting and monitoring objectives while providing guidance and training.
• Issue resolution – Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues in coordination with internal teams within the defined SLAs.
• Process adherence – Ensure team compliance with operational best practices and workflows, proactively providing feedback for continuous improvement
• Technical support to the Client Success team : Ensure that the team is consistently providing quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
