Legal Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced Legal Contract Manager to join our international Contract Management team supporting operations across Spain and Latam. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing commercial and legal aspects of complex IT service agreements, mitigating risks, and supporting the business with contract negotiation and project execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the contract lifecycle of IT projects, with a focus on risk identification, mitigation, and negotiation strategy.

Analyze contractual terms and conditions, and advise internal stakeholders on commercial and legal risks.

Collaboration with the delivery teams in scope / gap analysis, project governance, management of change requests, management of subcontractors, monitor of the acceptance procedures, contract interpretation, etc.

Assist project teams and senior management in resolving contractual issues and disputes with clients.

Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices in Contract Management.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and other business units to ensure contract compliance and successful execution.

Provide support and guidance to local and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global Contract Management strategies.

Requisitos

Minimun of 5 years managing a variety of contract relating to IT contracts (preferably as Contract Manager or as an IT in-house lawyer). Experience in monitoring and managing contractual aspects of IT projects is required.

Strong knowledge of contract law.
