Job Title : Human Resources Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour affairs and ensuring the effective management of all contractual lifecycle tasks.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support in the labour handlings of the whole contractual lifecycle, including offers, new contracts, social security, contract amendments, contract finalization and payroll
• Manage the handlings for residential permits, preparing relevant documents and providing information and assistance to employees on this area
• Track and manage leaves, permits and holidays
• Coordinate communication of work travels to the labour office

Qualifications and Experience :

The ideal candidate should possess a University degree in Labour Relations and have proven experience (minimum 2 years) in labour relations management in Spain.

Advanced level of English (minimum C1 level) with ability to communicate effectively both in written and spoken forms is required.

A service-oriented mindset, initiative, high attention to detail, organizational commitment and strong team spirit are essential qualities for this role.
