ZimVie is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support key Compensation and Benefits initiatives within our organization. This is a partially-remote, EMEA-based role with the expectation to work US time zones. The focus will be on Compensation (including Job Architecture and Annual Planning) while also supporting international benefits programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Compensation and Benefits teams, HR business partners, and global stakeholders to ensure data-driven, scalable, and equitable Total Rewards programs.
Assist in the design and implementation of a company-wide Job Architecture framework, including job leveling, titling, job descriptions, data analysis, and market benchmarking.
Contribute to the end-to-end preparation for the Annual Compensation Planning cycle, including data validation, system testing, stakeholder communications, budget approvals tracking, and overall project needs.
Analyze, compare, and research data in Excel to build tools and facilitate Total Rewards decision-making.
Support all aspects of Open Enrollment – preparation, system testing, vendor management, communications, education, presentations, and execution of plans.
Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in MS Office : Excel (including Pivot table and V-Lookup), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Self-starter with strong organizational skills; Ability to interpret and analyze compensation or benefits data
Comfortable working across US time zones and in a virtual global team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Human Resources experience; Join a diverse and collaborative global team that embraces innovative curiosity, personal authenticity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
