Renewable Energy Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our renewable energy projects. With over 18 years of experience and a proven track record in delivering sustainable, commercially sound energy projects, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from greenfield stage to construction readiness.

Job Description

• Manage the full project development lifecycle, ensuring all required permits and authorisations are secured.
• Collaborate with Legal and Engineering teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and optimise project layouts.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and maintaining financial control throughout the development phase.
• Review and oversee technical and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with budget and project specifications.

You will work closely with the Land Acquisition Manager to identify and assess suitable land for PV and agrivoltaic projects across central Spain.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, a degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics, and high level of spoken and written English. Previous experience in a Power / Renewable Energies / PV developer company and knowledge of the PV sector, regulations and policies in Spain are also essential.
