Job Title : Senior Grid Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Grid Engineer to lead and coordinate our dialogue with transmission system operators (TSOs) and distribution network operators (DNOs) in securing grid connection points in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, and project management.

Main Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate dialogue with TSOs and DNOs for grid connection points in Germany
Manage negotiation and agreement process of grid application
E nsure compliance with regulatory and technical framework of company's portfolio projects in Germany
Support EPC department in technical and economic scope related to grid connection solutions

Requirements :

Minimum five years of project management experience in renewable sector

Proven experience in simulation, deep knowledge of German grid code, grid applications, and project certification

High level of German and English (spoken and written)

Technical experience in construction of renewable energy generation and storage plants desirable

Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team
