Renewable Energy Platform Lead - Spain

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead our growing renewable energy platform in Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with expertise in the renewables sector, specifically in Solar PV and Wind assets. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing project development activities, including financial management, general management, secretarial services, construction management, and operations management.
• Managing shareholder reporting requirements, identifying gaps between MSP reporting and shareholder reporting, and making recommendations to bridge these gaps rapidly.
• Implementing appropriate levels of skilled additional oversight to ensure that the SPV is managing key risks, including ESG, health and safety, and cyber security.
• Assessing business plans and key objectives, setting and managing in-year SPV budgets, and evaluating potential value drivers.
• Providing technical expertise, identifying and describing key technical risks and opportunities, and retaining appropriate resources to mitigate technical risks.
