Position Summary :
The position will be a Staging and Support SW Engineer for Hospitality Installations.
The Staging process includes the complete installation of customer stores (hardware and software) in the Staging facilities prior to on-site installation, including documentation checklists and QA tests.
Support responsibilities include answering phone calls from field technicians, partners, or customers, and providing the necessary support to successfully complete installations. The SW Engineer must be capable of completing all configurations and installations remotely to resolve any issues.
The role also involves warranty management for all hardware (RMA) and the control and management of warehouse stock.
