Position Title : Technical Support Engineer

Position Summary :
The position will be a Staging and Support SW Engineer for Hospitality Installations.
The Staging process will include the complete installation of customers stores (hardware and software) in the Staging facilities previously to installation on site included documentation checklist and QA tests.
Support will include answering phone calls from field technicians partners or customers and providing the necessary support to successfully complete installations. The SW Engineer must be capacity to complete remotely all configurations and installations needed to correctly any issue.
The position also requires complete warranty management for all hardware (RMA) and the control and management of warehouse stock.
