Technical Support Engineer - Community of Madrid, Spain

Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.

Provide remote technical support for product issues via telephone, email, social communication software, or apps.

Perform field services including onsite inspection and repair, inverter swapping and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.

Collect product failure data, provide feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.

Maintain work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Power electronics major preferred, preferably with experience in the photovoltaic industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn multiple product series.
  • Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and committed to contributing to the company.
  • Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multimeters, 485 tools, etc.
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to implement goals and plans effectively.
