Technical Support Engineer - Community of Madrid, Spain
Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.
Provide remote technical support for product issues via telephone, email, social communication software, or apps.
Perform field services including onsite inspection and repair, inverter swapping and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
Collect product failure data, provide feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.
Maintain work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
