Ensure efficient IT change operations by joining our team as Global IT Change Operations Manager.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all IT changes within our systems and infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage change requests ensuring compliance with group directives and procedures
- Support CTO & IT teams in managing operational changes
- Control requests for changes in production
- Assess impact and risk of changes on service levels
- Manage conflicts of planned changes in production
- Prepare and organize CAB meetings
- Support and advise CTOs and IT Senior Management during meetings
- Be a core member of GCB ITG Meetings, representing CTO and CIB IT Production
- Steer, report, and improve change management processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentDesirable : ITIL V4 Strategic Leader certification or equivalentExperience : At least 6 years in international IT environments, with strong technical backgroundLanguages : Fluent English (B2 / C1), French appreciatedSkills : Expertise in IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Cybersecurity; Process development; Performance indicators; Stakeholder trust; Under pressure work; Communication; Problem-solving; Leadership; FacilitationWhat We Offer
