We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of International IT Manager . This position requires a strong leader with excellent strategic and organizational skills, as well as expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional IT strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead and manage international IT teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure across all regions.
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects for international companies, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Degree in Sciences, Master's degree preferred.
  • Languages : Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages an asset.
  • Experience : +5 years of experience in similar positions in Pharma sector with international level experience and quality assurance experience.
  • Specific Knowledge : Pharma Industry Solutions (Veeva, TrackWise), SAP HANA, Cyber culture.
  • Travels : Willingness to travel 70%.
