Global Payroll Operations Manager

Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the EMEA Payroll team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of EMEA payroll under your supervision.

• Liaise with external payroll vendors across EMEA
• Review and preparation of monthly payroll input submissions
• Assisting with the timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefits
• Involvement with annual returns and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes and benefits

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience in international payroll is essential, particularly in Germany. Knowledge of local laws and regulations across different EMEA countries is also necessary. A degree in HR / Law / Labor Relations / Accounting is preferred. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages such as German and French being an advantage.
