Business Development Manager

Our requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 in business development or leadership roles.
• Solid track record in fleet management, fuel card services, or B2B technology-based industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to grow market share.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and leading client-facing initiatives.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the Spanish regulatory and business environment.
• Digital-savvy and comfortable with tech-driven solutions.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required, while knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
