Business Development Manager

Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.

With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking sales professionals to join us as Business Development Manager in Barcelona. The role of our BD Manager will include but not limited to :

• Develop a network of bike dealers and franchise shops within his / her region for B2B sales achievements via business development activities (phone calls, dealer visits)
• Maintain, nurture and service existing and new dealers for matters involving both pre-sales and after-sales.
• Be responsible for full P&L of offline sales activities within their region and city
• Work closely with Barcelona Headquarter for executing offline retail marketing campaigns, attending to tradeshows and cycle fairs within the region
• Communicate with Barcelona HQ on operational matters from sales operations and sales forecasts
