Responsibilities
- Assist CAMs and sales force in the discovery phase with sales calls and presentations of TWM applications.
- Ensure compliance with qualification processes and focus on relevant opportunities.
- Support sales during the selling phase by working in project mode, acting as a gatekeeper between internal resources (MO, Engineering, ITC, CAM) and external partners.
- Propose mechanisms (scope of work, working mode) and alliances (partnerships) to SGS Director to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Manage pricing engineering in collaboration with the finance team to ensure profitability and return on investments.
- Oversee contractual matters and customer satisfaction follow-up with O&M team and Sales Force / KAM within existing TWM customers.
- Support negotiations with vendors and customers.
- Drive business growth with high closure ratios and profitability.
- Manage the TWM selling process from conceptualization to contract finalization.
Accountability Objectives
Assist in the discovery phase, making sales calls and presenting TWM applications.Ensure qualification process compliance and recommend Go / No Go decisions.Coordinate with CAMs and Ecolab / Nalco teams during the selling phase.Prepare commercial proposals, managing pricing engineering.Ensure process compliance and obtain necessary approvals.Follow up on ongoing contracts, ensuring commitments are met and renegotiations are handled.Analyze and benchmark after contract operations to improve future projects.Deliver presentations on TWM capabilities.Engage with engineering and research for new technical developments.Gather feedback during sales to optimize proposals.Enhance proposal competitiveness by cost optimization.Finalize contractual agreements with legal and CAM support.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in water processing or related field.Strong sales mindset, understanding of sales processes, and experience in mid to large projects.Experience with complex solutions, market networks, project management, and outsourcing projects.Minimum 10 years in mid to large companies.Skills in cross-organizational management, leadership, detail orientation, and excellent communication.Ability to multitask, organize, and demonstrate resilience.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
