Senior Analyst - Business Development and M&A

FINAL DESTINATION : CHICAGO, IL US What wil you do? Make an impact! TRADEBE is in an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager. The person will start in Barcelona for the first year and then relocate to Chicago as the final destination. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and leading potential new growth opportunities, both through greenfield / brownfield projects as well as through merger and acquisition processes for the group. Consequently, you will participate and lead the M&A processes defining the appropriate framework, evaluation models and timelines to execute the potential transactions. Reporting to the Expansion & Development Director your main key job responsibilities will be

• Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing greenfield / brownfield and M&A projects
• Active screening of the market for identifying potential new investment opportunities
• Target detailed assessment, business planning, M&A valuation, coordination of key stakeholders
• Supporting the execution of strategic projects : project scoping and work planning, strategic analysis, formalization of recommendations, coordination of stakeholders
• Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support decision making process of executive team Do you have what it takes?
• Between 5-8 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Finance with roles in strategy and mergers & acquisitions and transactional services
• Proven experience in deal origination and sourcing opportunities
• Proficiency in Spanish is required What’s in for you?
