Senior Analyst - Business Development And M&A

TRADEBE is in an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager . The person will start in Barcelona for the first year and then relocate to Chicago as the final destination. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leading potential new growth opportunities, including greenfield / brownfield projects and merger and acquisition processes for the group. You will participate in and lead M&A processes, defining the framework, evaluation models, and timelines to execute potential transactions.

Reporting to the Expansion & Development Director, your main responsibilities will include :

• Involvement in originating and executing greenfield / brownfield and M&A projects
• Active screening of the market to identify potential new investment opportunities
• Targeted assessment, business planning, M&A valuation, and coordination of stakeholders
• Supporting strategic projects : scoping, work planning, analysis, formalizing recommendations, stakeholder coordination
• Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support executive decision-making
