As the Senior Business Analyst in Nab Hive, you will :

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders such as customer support, legal, risk, and the Business Product Owner for business outcomes in a switch replacement program.
  • Refine the backlog through prioritization, estimation, and decision-making to maximize value, ensuring features and stories align with business value.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support change management with Business Impact Assessments.
  • Utilize strong communication and influencing skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams to achieve end-to-end outcomes.
  • Support Product Owners in defining business value and outcomes.

What you will bring :

  • Experience in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within Financial Services, with an understanding of financial products, systems, and processes.
  • Comfort in leading workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams through discovery, development, and operational stages.
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Experience with Payment Switch systems (highly desirable).
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to communicate vision to stakeholders and work with product owners to develop a backlog of features, epics, stories, and sprint goals.
  • Creativity in simplifying complex processes, problem-solving, and analysis.
