Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
- Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
- Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
- Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Handle high workloads with strong ownership and accountability.
Requirements
Mastery in Data Processes : Ability to analyze complex data processes and design scalable solutions.Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting : Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.SQL & Database Management : Advanced SQL skills and experience managing databases.Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools : Mastery of Excel and other tools for analysis and presentation.Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering : Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.Proficiency in Python and / or other analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation.Preferred Qualifications :
