Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees across 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR, and Top Employer), is seeking a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
  • Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
  • Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
  • Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Handle high workloads with strong ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • Mastery in Data Processes : Ability to analyze complex data processes and design scalable solutions.
  • Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting : Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • SQL & Database Management : Advanced SQL skills and experience managing databases.
  • Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools : Mastery of Excel and other tools for analysis and presentation.
  • Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering : Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Python and / or other analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Machine Learning : Exposure to ML techniques and predictive analytics models.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Proven ability to align data initiatives with business strategies.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving : Strong analytical mindset and initiative.
  • Mentorship & Development : Commitment to team growth.
  • Business Acumen : Deep understanding of business operations and strategic data integration.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
