You'll play a key role in the functional design of a scalable, event-driven subledger system that powers real-time financial accuracy across the entire transaction lifecycle.Think finance, data modeling, systems integration, and sharp business analysis skills — all packed into a single strategic role.

are modeled, processed, and integrated into a scalable subledger platform for a major PSP.

That means : Driving requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders in finance, product, ops, and engineeringOwning the end-to-end functional design of the subledger — data models, rules, FX events, fees, taxes, and moreDesigning real-time event-driven logic to keep balances in sync across platformsMapping data between source systems and the new ledger, including required transformationsDefining integration points with upstream / downstream systems (GL, payment gateways, reporting...)Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide developmentBeing the go-to person for the dev team : clarify, guide, support — repeatHelping QA teams create test plans and support UATMaintaining world-class documentation — specs, flows, diagrams, and moreBridging the technical-business gap with crystal-clear communicationIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and data handlingWhat We Ask For 7+ years in Business Analysis, with senior-level experienceStrong track record in financial systems — ideally PSPs, acquirers, or issuersDeep understanding of payment flows, merchant discounting, fees, FX, and subledger logicProven experience writing functional specs for ledger systemsSuperb analytical skills — you love deconstructing complex problemsConfident communicator across all levels, technical and non-technicalHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio (or similar)Comfortable in Agile environments, working closely with dev teamsGreat documentation skills (you know how to make things clear, visual, and useful)Bonus Points Knowledge of accounting standards in the payments spaceExperience with cloud-native financial platformsSQL querying skills for data validation and deep dives
