A Regional Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through effective channel partner management.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing complex channel partnerships. They will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, adapting global marketing plans to meet regional needs, and ensuring seamless customer experiences through tailored training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals and efficient support.
- Identify and recruit partners from competitive and complementary technology ecosystems that align with our Ideal Partner Profile.
- Adapt global marketing and sales enablement plans to meet regional needs, collaborating with marketing and enablement teams to ensure content resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain open communication with partners to address service needs and ensure alignment on product offerings, training, and support standards.
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to promote our products and services, emphasizing partners aligned with our Ideal Partner Profile and growth goals.
- Provide tailored training and ongoing support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed for effective product positioning and sales.
- Oversee daily channel partner operations, working proactively with the Channel Ops Manager to support partner needs and ensure alignment with our channel strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need :
A minimum of several years of experience in sales or channels.Strong skills in building long-lasting relationships with partners.Spanish native speaker with business-fluent English; proficiency in Portuguese or Italian is a plus.Ability to serve as the main point of contact between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals and efficient support.Skills in identifying and recruiting partners from competitive and complementary ecosystems that align with our Ideal Partner Profile.Ability to adapt global marketing and sales plans to meet regional needs, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.Expertise in maintaining open communication with partners to address service needs, product offerings, training, and support.We Offer
