Superb opportunity for a Channel Sales Manager for the markets of Spain to join a Cash Recycling ATM hardware solutions company offering solutions and innovation into various industries such as retail banking & finance, transportation, security, government, and retail. They are now one of the world leaders within the cash recycling ATM hardware terminal sector with a presence in over 100 countries worldwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary focus is on channel management and business development.
  • Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Spain, as well as in other European countries of the territory.
  • Manage sales projects and control the selling process.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
  • Keep and improve relationships with partners and customers.
  • Participate in public events and fairs to promote brand and products.
  • Provide foresight recommendations for future development, such as new market development and new product design.
  • Collect and provide market / customer requirements, competitors’ information, etc.
  • Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.

CANDIDATE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE

  • At least 5 years sales experience in Software / Integrated Solution, Intelligent Hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and / or bank IT related experience preferred.
  • Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management.
  • Strong negotiation, aggressive sales spirit and skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
  • Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or other location which is accepted by the company.
  • Master MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to accept and learn new things.
  • SALARY
