About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, tasked with spearheading expansion in Spain.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for identifying and continuously developing a network of regional sales partners and distributors across Spain.
  • Your role will involve overseeing the onboarding process of new partners, building long-term successful business relationships and implementing training programs.
  • You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic development.
  • Additionally, you will actively participate in industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.
  • You will also create accurate sales forecasts and develop actionable strategies to achieve business targets in Spain.

Requirements

  • You should have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
  • A minimum of five years professional experience in the IT sector with strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued.
  • You should have relevant experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain, successfully developing partners strategically and economically.
  • An excellent communicator who can interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers.
  • Able to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions and negotiations.
