Job Description
- You will be responsible for identifying and continuously developing a network of regional sales partners and distributors across Spain.
- Your role will involve overseeing the onboarding process of new partners, building long-term successful business relationships and implementing training programs.
- You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic development.
- Additionally, you will actively participate in industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.
- You will also create accurate sales forecasts and develop actionable strategies to achieve business targets in Spain.
Requirements
You should have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.A minimum of five years professional experience in the IT sector with strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued.You should have relevant experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain, successfully developing partners strategically and economically.An excellent communicator who can interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers.Able to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions and negotiations.What We Offer
