Your Role :

Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries and issues.

Provide clear and friendly guidance, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Identify and resolve problems or escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
