Our client, a fast-growing European company specialized in customer experience outsourcing for digital brands , is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutch-speaking) to join their team on-site in Valencia, Spain .

They partner with fast-paced e-commerce and digital companies, offering top-tier support that reflects each brand's tone, values, and user expectations. With a strong focus on culture and talent, they are redefining customer service from a people-first perspective.

You will join a dynamic, international, and remote-first team that cares deeply about customer happiness.

About your functions and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will :

Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English , offering helpful and timely support via chat and email.

Deliver personalized service that matches each client's brand voice and quality standards.

Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and follow up on complex cases.

Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve processes.

Help build a loyal customer base by offering a seamless and human customer experience.

What do you need to be successful?

Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer support , e-commerce , or digital services is preferred.

Excellent written communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and flexible mindset—you enjoy helping people and taking ownership.

Comfortable working fully remotely and using digital communication tools.
