Native in Dutch (C2), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Previous working experience in hospitality or other customer facing roles is a plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to listen and show empathyYou thrive for teamwork and fun and are part of the communityFlexible and able to work in a fast paced working environmentAutonomous, able to work independently as well as part of a teamTech savvy and familiar with Google Suite, MS office and CRM toolingCustomer-focused, always have the customer’s best interest in mindThe Employer
