We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager!

This role plays a crucial role in managing existing products while defining future developments and shaping the future vision of Nebeus. If you are passionate about crypto and want to become a Web3 advocate who will play a crucial role in bridging blockchain technologies to traditional finance, please apply because this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dive deep into Nebeus’s products and competitors to understand the global web3, crypto, and fintech markets and how Nebeus’s products and services are different.
• Work with the CEO / CTO, Engineering, and all internal and external stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Spearhead the entire product management lifecycle : discovery, definition, and development, while collaborating with all necessary internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of product UX / UI designers and manage the delivery of projects from start to finish with a hands-on approach in design and user experience.
• Define product KPIs and continuously measure them to understand product success and make informed data-driven decisions.
• Build a framework for experimenting, A / B testing, conducting usability studies, analyzing, reporting, and optimizing.
• Work closely with marketing to stay aligned on new product releases, changes, and metrics from marketing for product feedback.
• Become a Web3 industry expert and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive movements to adapt Nebeus’s product strategy if and when needed.
