OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site . The site has launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication, with proven expertise in at least two digital marketing channels.
- Create effective copy for marketing campaigns.
- Set up, optimize and manage paid and social campaigns to hit goals; set realistic monthly goals, track results and prepare monthly reports.
- Develop strategies to ensure Qualified Candidates sign up, create free profiles and engage with the site.
- Encourage Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis.
- Grow our social following and increase organic visitors from various search engines.
- Improve re-engagement and onsite stickiness to bring back visitors.
Qualifications
7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise.Excellent English speaking and writing skills.Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO.Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.).Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns.Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results.Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies to meet goals.What we offer
