We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to drive player acquisition and retention by ensuring our marketing efforts are optimized across all digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, understands the gaming audience, and can turn analytics into actionable insights.
You’ll be the go-to person for monitoring ad performance, identifying what’s working (and what’s not), and recommending how we can level up our marketing strategy to reach more players effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor performance metrics across paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
- Identify areas for optimization and improvement across all digital marketing touchpoints
- Own the marketing data stack : tracking setup, reporting dashboards, and attribution models
- Provide strategic input to budget allocation based on ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and tools to ensure we’re ahead of the curve
- Work cross-functionally with product, community, and analytics teams to align goals and messaging
Requirements
3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition (preferably in gaming or tech)Proven experience with managing and analyzing campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTokStrong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker)Solid understanding of attribution, conversion funnels, LTV, ROAS, and other performance KPIsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWill be a plus
Experience marketing PC / console games or MMOsFamiliarity with app install tracking tools (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer)Previous work on pre-launch game marketing campaignsExperience with marketing automation or CRM toolsA personal passion for games and the MMO genreSeniority level
