We are seeking a professional and results-oriented individual to lead the development of strategic relationships in the tourism sector. The role focuses on positioning the organization as a reference in tourism experiences, particularly in the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and attracting a cosmopolitan and sophisticated visitor profile.
Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to establish its position as a leader in tourism experiences through B2B channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism sector partners including destination marketing organizations, tour operators, travel agencies, concierge associations, local attractions, restaurants, and other collaborators.
- Develop partnerships with corporate entities across various sectors to create joint marketing packages and opportunities.
- Manage the tourism CRM program and tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Design and implement MICE strategies to position the organization as a venue for events, incentives, and meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns targeting conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Create customized packages for third-party sales and online platforms.
- Distribute tourism marketing materials and coordinate campaigns with partners.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Support the optimization of digital and social media opportunities in the tourism area.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales within the tourism and MICE sectors, with international experience valued.Background in tourism, hospitality, or premium / luxury brands.Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Knowledge of the travel, hospitality, and retail sectors.Familiarity with regional and national tourism offerings.Experience working with tour operators and destination management companies.Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.Process-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.International mindset and openness to diversity.Willingness to travel.High proficiency in English and the local language; additional European languages are a plus.Seniority level
