Machine Learning Researcher

As a Machine Learning Researcher specializing in STT, NMT, and TTS systems, you will conduct research and development of novel models in these domains, both independently and collaboratively, under the guidance of the Head of R&D. This role demands excellent technical skills and the ability to translate innovative AI solutions from research to production-grade implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research and develop novel models in STT, NMT, and TTS, either independently or with team members.
• Build and refine research prototypes, conducting experiments and evaluations.
• Transition successful research into robust, production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to implement AI solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest research in speech and language AI, applying state-of-the-art ideas to our projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Additional skills include handling large datasets and conducting rigorous model evaluations, along with strong software engineering skills including version control and modular code design.
