Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar qualification

• At least 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint Online administrator.
• MS Teams implementation and evangelism.
• Migrating network file shares to cloud storage.
• Enhance document search using SharePoint's search functionality.
• Managing Incident and Service requests with a Ticketing system.
• Working with multiple site locations and cultures.
• Experience of the Education sector a plus.
• Excellent level of English. Good level of French preferred, Spanish a plus.
• Administration of collaborative platforms : SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams.
• Very good knowledge of Powershell.
• Good knowledge of Sharegate; Knowledge of Powell Software a plus.
• Microsoft Certification a plus.
• Ability to problem solve and isolate varying degrees of challenging issues.
• High level of concern regarding customer satisfaction and benefits realization.
• Must be able to work at a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate a methodical approach for all tasks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills such as : persistent, client-oriented, results-oriented and accountable.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
