Casino Cashier Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Casino Cashier to join our team. As a Casino Cashier, you will be responsible for receiving and exchanging cash and coins, chips and checks, credit and / or other monetary notes for guests enjoying the casino.
Responsibilities
- Receive and exchange cash and coins, chips and checks, credit and / or other monetary notes from guests.
- Count chips and paper currency quickly and accurately.
- Operate coin counters, chip mechanism, 10 key adding machine and related equipment.
- Prepare reconciliation reports.
- Communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
